Les boulettes et le riz sont cuits dans une sauce tomate \u00e0 base de soupe de tomates avec des herbes italiennes. Ici, je r\u00e9hausse le go\u00fbt avec des herbes aromatiques plus les courgettes dans les boulettes. Faire les boulettes est la partie rigolote de ce plat. J\u2019esp\u00e8re que vous l\u2019appr\u00e9cierez autant que nous !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Quelques notes sur les ingr\u00e9dients avant de commencer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Viande hach\u00e9e<\/strong> \u2013 Pour des boulettes plus succulentes, utilisez du b\u0153uf h\u00e2ch\u00e9e \u00e0 15% ou 20% mati\u00e8re grasse. La viande plus maigre fait une boulette plus s\u00e8che.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Soupe de tomate<\/strong> \u2013 Votre choix de soupe de tomate impactera beaucoup le go\u00fbt de ce plat, m\u00eame avec les herbes aromatiques ajout\u00e9s. Choisissez votre marque ou recette pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Si vous utilisez une soupe concentr\u00e9e, ajoutez de l\u2019eau selon les instructions sur l\u2019emballage. Il faut une soupe en velout\u00e9, <strong>sans<\/strong> <strong>morceaux<\/strong> de tomates, pour obtenir une sauce avec la bonne texture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Comment conserver :<\/strong>\u00a0Les boulettes porcs-\u00e9pics se conserveront 3 jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans un r\u00e9cipient ferm\u00e9. Vous pouvez congeler cette recette pour jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 mois. Le riz peut devenir plus dur apr\u00e8s cong\u00e9lation. Ajoutez un peu d\u2019eau quand vous le r\u00e9chaufferez pour am\u00e9liorer la texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Trop d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients ? <\/strong>For the meatball ingredients, if you have Italian breadcrumbs, this can substitute for the breadcrumbs through the dried minced onion. In this case, use 1\/2 cup + 1 tbsp. Just keep in mind that the flavor will change depending on the brand.
