On peut les mettre dans une salade d'\u00e9t\u00e9, un panini v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, ou une savoureuse pizza. Ils sont excellents dans une sauce, un rago\u00fbt, une salade ou une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner pour citer quelques id\u00e9es. Les poivrons r\u00f4tis conviennent aux plats du monde entier, de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e \u00e0 l'Am\u00e9rique latine, en passant par l'Afrique du Nord et l'Am\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Lorsque le poivron r\u00f4tit au four, la chaleur d\u00e9compose les sucres naturels et rehausse la douceur du poivron. Cela donne \u00e9galement \u00e0 la chair une belle texture lisse et pulpeuse. R\u00f4tir au four prend du temps, mais avec quelques conseils, c'est un processus relativement simple et direct. Ici, j'ai r\u00f4ti des poivrons rouges, mais n'importe quel poivron doux fera l'affaire ! D\u00e9j\u00e0, vous voulez retirer la peau car elle prend une texture de papier pas si agr\u00e9able apr\u00e8s son passage au four. Pour que la peau se d\u00e9tache facilement de la chair, l'astuce consiste \u00e0 couvrir les poivrons imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la sortie du four afin que la vapeur pi\u00e9g\u00e9e d\u00e9tache la peau. Attendez environ 10 minutes, le temps que les poivrons refroidissent, et la peau se d\u00e9tachera beaucoup plus facilement. Il est \u00e9galement important que la peau soit bien cuite. Cloqu\u00e9 et noirci, c'est ok\u00a0! Si certaines parties de la peau du poivron restent moins cuites, elles seront plus difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9tacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Utilisation et stockage des poivrons r\u00f4tis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Vous pouvez soit utiliser les poivrons r\u00f4tis imm\u00e9diatement, soit les conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant deux jours.
