Une vinaigrette aux tomates et aux \u00e9pices harissa, aussi fort que vous souhaitez, lie le tout pour un r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9licieux. Servez cette salade froide ou ti\u00e8de avec du pain de campagne et du fromage, des viandes au barbecue et\/ou un salade verte. C'est une super salade d'\u00e9t\u00e9. J'ai adapt\u00e9e la recette ici pour un gain de temps. Je simplifie un peu la vinaigrette harissa et j'utilise des pois chiches en conserve. Vous trouverez ci-dessous ma version de la salade que nous avons appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e plein de fois chez nous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Poivrons r\u00f4tis<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Vous pouvez soit utiliser des poivrons en bocal conserv\u00e9s dans l\u2019huile, soit en r\u00f4tir au four. Les deux m\u00e9thodes fonctionnent bien pour cette recette, mais gardez en t\u00eate que le go\u00fbt n\u2019est pas identique. Les poivrons r\u00f4tis achet\u00e9s en magasin ont tendance \u00e0 avoir une saveur plus acide et moins sucr\u00e9e. Avec l'acidit\u00e9 de la vinaigrette, \u00e7a marche ici. Si vous souhaitez r\u00f4tir vos propres poivrons, vous pouvez trouver une m\u00e9thode simple de les faire r\u00f4tir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatsfromelsewhere.com\/fr\/roasted-bell-peppers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Poivrons r\u00f4tis\">ici<\/a>. Comme toujours quand on r\u00f4tit, \u00e7a prend du temps, mais les poivrons r\u00f4tis se cong\u00e8lent tr\u00e8s bien si vous en faites beaucoup !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Harissa<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">La harissa est un condiment \u00e9pic\u00e9 populaire en Afrique du Nord qui commence \u00e0 devenir populaire \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale. L'ingr\u00e9dient principal est le piment, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9pices telles que l'ail, le cumin, le cumin et la coriandre. Pour cette vinaigrette \u00e0 l'esprit harissa, la base est du concentr\u00e9 de tomate pour une saveur concentr\u00e9e. Le paprika fum\u00e9 et le piment de Cayenne apportent des notes de piment fort, ainsi que de nombreuses \u00e9pices de style harissa. Puisqu\u2019il est utilis\u00e9 ici comme vinaigrette, nous utilisons \u00e9galement du jus de citron et de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour diluer la vinaigrette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 Hacher les poivrons r\u00f4tis en gros morceaux. Couper les olives en deux. Couper les \u0153ufs durs en morceaux (vous pouvez en garder en quartiers pour servir si vous voulez). Hacher finement les feuilles de coriandre.
