This cookbook is a fantastic and enormous compendium of everything vegetarian that I highly recommend! Trying her green rice (which is delightful), I thought red rice, with a tomato & herb stock, plus roasted peppers would be fantastic, too. I realized a little later that my idea was basically Spanish rice with a delicious flair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Riz \u00e0 la mexicaine ou \u00e0 l\u2019espagnole ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Malgr\u00e9 son titre \u00ab riz espagnol \u00bb dans la cuisine tex-mex (a priori du fait que l\u2019espagnol est parl\u00e9 au Mexique), cet accompagnement provient bien du Mexique. Cependant, le riz rouge rappelle un peu la paella espagnole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Puis-je pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019avance ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Le riz en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est mieux quand \u00e7a vient d\u2019\u00eatre cuisin\u00e9, mais le bouillon peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avance sans probl\u00e8me. Pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un ou deux jours \u00e0 l\u2019avance et stock\u00e9 dans un bocal ferm\u00e9, le bouillon serait juste \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer avant de cuire le riz.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Conservation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">You can store any leftovers in the refrigerator for a few days or frozen for three months.\u00a0 When reheating rice, add a teaspoon or two of water before microwaving to help revive the rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Remarques sur les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Le riz : J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 du riz basmati.
