Au lieu du persil et de la menthe qui aromatisent le taboul\u00e9 habituellement, celui-ci \u00e9tait relev\u00e9 \u00e0 la coriandre. Et ce fut une d\u00e9licieuse surprise ! Il s\u2019agit principalement d\u2019une salade de persil finement hach\u00e9 avec un peu de menthe, de l\u2019oignon, une pinc\u00e9e de boulgour et assaisonn\u00e9e d\u2019une vinaigrette au citron. Aux Etats-Unis, j'\u00e9tais habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 cette version, bien que g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec un peu plus de boulgour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><em>Taboul\u00e9 \u00e0 la marocaine :<\/em> Il existe de nombreuses recettes diverses de taboul\u00e9 \u00e0 la marocaine, mais le facteur unificateur est la pr\u00e9sence de couscous \u00e0 la place du boulgour et en quantit\u00e9s importantes. Outre le persil et la tomate, vous pouvez trouver des versions avec de la coriandre, des raisins secs, des pignons de pin, du zeste de citron confit ou des l\u00e9gumes du soleil. En France, c'est bien \u00e9videmment ce taboul\u00e9 de couscous qui est populaire, avec juste une petite pinc\u00e9e de persil et de tomate pour la couleur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Pour ce taboul\u00e9 \u00e0 la coriandre et \u00e0 la marocaine, nous utilisons beaucoup de couscous, mais nous avons \u00e9galement beaucoup d'herbes hach\u00e9es et de tomates pour en faire une salade d\u00e9licieusement rafra\u00eechissante. Nous avons ador\u00e9 ce taboul\u00e9 \u00e0 la coriandre chez nous. J'esp\u00e8re que vous l'appr\u00e9cierez aussi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Deux points cl\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9parer cette salade :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Hacher.<\/strong> Assurez-vous de hacher finement tous les ingr\u00e9dients, notamment le persil. Le persil grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9 a une texture plus rugueuse et se fond moins bien avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients. Il est \u00e9galement recommand\u00e9 de ne jamais hacher le persil dans un robot pour r\u00e9aliser un taboul\u00e9 car cela rendrait le persil trop mou et il s'oxyderait plus rapidement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>S\u00e9cher.<\/strong> Pour \u00e9viter une salade mouill\u00e9e, veillez \u00e0 bien s\u00e9cher vos herbes et l\u00e9gumes avant de les hacher. Il est particuli\u00e8rement important de hacher finement le persil pour garantir la meilleure texture.
