C\u2019est une de nos sauces asiatiques pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es. C\u2019est savoureux, sal\u00e9, au bon go\u00fbt de noix et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 avec une pointe de sucr\u00e9. Cette recette facile marie les nouilles avec de la farce, des rubans de carotte, des \u00e9pinards frais et des cacahu\u00e8tes au paprika. Alors, en cas de besoin, voici quelques remarques sur les ingr\u00e9dients qui sont peut-\u00eatre ou peut-\u00eatre pas disponible dans votre supermarch\u00e9 local :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Le cinq parfums :<\/strong>Ce m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pice chinois a un go\u00fbt unique, m\u00e9langeant de la badiane, des graines de fenouil, des clous de girofle, de la cannelle, et du poivre de Sichuan. J\u2019en ai vu r\u00e9cemment pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans mon hypermarch\u00e9 local, mais si vous n\u2019en trouvez pas ou ne voulez pas acheter un pot entier pour en utiliser une demie cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9, you pouvez tout \u00e0 fait moudre votre propre m\u00e9lange et utiliser du poivre noir \u00e0 la place du poivre de Sichuan. Voir les notes de la recette en-dessous pour une suggestion !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Nouilles chinoises :<\/strong> La cuisine chinoise conte une multitude de nouilles. Les nouilles au riz et au bl\u00e9 sont les mieux connues, mais il existe plein d\u2019autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, comme patate, haricot mungo et millet. Ici, n\u2019importe quelle nouille chinoise (ou m\u00eame japonaise) au bl\u00e9 conviendra. De pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, en choisissez une qui est soit large et plate, soit ronde et \u00e9paisse. Si vous n\u2019en trouvez vraiment pas, des tagliatelles italiennes feront l\u2019affaire, mais la texture et le go\u00fbt ne sont pas identiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Vin de riz :<\/strong>Vous pouvez utiliser du vin blanc sucr\u00e9 comme substitut direct pour le vin de riz. En vins de riz, je vous sugg\u00e8re le mirin japonais (trouv\u00e9 en rayon produits du monde par chez moi) ou le Shaoxing chinois (plus authentique, mais je n\u2019en ai jamais trouv\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas de customiser cette recette avec d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes de votre choix. J\u2019aime utiliser des rubans de carottes et soit des \u00e9pinards frais soit du pak cho\u00ef car on peut les cuire dans la m\u00eame casserole et au m\u00eame temps que les nouilles. Si vous voulez essayez avec du pak cho\u00ef au lieu des \u00e9pinards, bouillir les tiges (coup\u00e9s verticalement en quartiers) 4 minutes et les feuilles 1 minute. J\u2019ai aussi essay\u00e9 cette recette avec du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 \u2013 c\u2019est bon aussi, mais le b\u0153uf devenait sec plus vite tandis que le porc reste bien juteux sans
