Comme pour presque tout ce qui est d\u2019Ottolenghi, la barre est plac\u00e9e assez haute et je recommande vivement ce livre de cuisine. Pour ma version ici, j'ai adapt\u00e9 sa recette en utilisant des poivrons r\u00f4tis et du fromage de ch\u00e8vre ainsi que ma m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour mariner rapidement les oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Remarques sur les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Les lentilles.<\/strong> Des lentilles du Puy ou de Castelluccio sont recommand\u00e9es pour cette salade de lentilles car elles ne deviennent pas trop molles lors de la cuisson. J'avais de lentilles vertes classiques sous la main, et le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait toujours fantastique, alors utilisez ce que vous trouvez. Le seul type de lentille qui ne fonctionnera vraiment pas sont les lentilles corail car elles se d\u00e9composent en bouillie (d\u00e9licieuses en dahl indien, mais pas ici).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">When cooking lentils, one key to keep in mind is to add the salt at the end. If cooked with salt, the lentils will become tough. From what I\u2019ve read, with salt in the water, the starch in the lentils absorb water more slowly, leaving the texture tough. On the other hand, if you really don\u2019t like mushy lentils, a pinch of salt might help keep your lentils firm, but I haven\u2019t tried!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Les poivrons r\u00f4tis.<\/strong> Les poivrons r\u00f4tis en bocal, dans de l'huile, fonctionneront tr\u00e8s bien dans cette recette, mais si vous avez envie d\u2019en pr\u00e9parer maison, vous pouvez essayer ma recette <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatsfromelsewhere.com\/fr\/roasted-bell-peppers\/\" title=\"Poivrons r\u00f4tis\">ici<\/a>. La saveur est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus sucr\u00e9e dans la version faite maison !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Le fromage de ch\u00e8vre.<\/strong> Un classique fran\u00e7ais, frais ou affin\u00e9. Ici, on garde la douceur avec un ch\u00e8vre frais. J'ai utilis\u00e9 du Chavroux en pyramide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Les oignons marin\u00e9s au vinaigre.<\/strong> Oui, \u00e7a vaut le coup, et c'est facile ! La marinade est rapide. Les oignons marin\u00e9s ajoutent du piquant d\u00e9licieux et une bonne texture croquante. En plus, ils sont plus faciles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer que crus. Assurez-vous simplement d'utiliser du vinaigre classique. J'ai essay\u00e9 une fois avec du vinaigre doux, et les oignons \u00e9taient comme cru. Cette recette veut du vinaigre de vin rouge, bien que le vinaigre blanc classique puisse \u00e9galement fonctionner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-2386\" Assurez-vous que les oignons sont recouverts de liquide et laisser reposer au moins 15 minutes.
