Ce dahl aux \u00e9pinards (dal palak) est notre recette de dahl pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Il contient aussi des graines de cumin grill\u00e9es et de la c\u00e9bette qui rendent la saveur impeccable. Ce type d\u2019assaisonnement est appel\u00e9 une tarka ou parfois tadka. Une tarka contient des \u00e9pices ou d'autres aromates cuits dans du ghee ou de l'huile avant d'\u00eatre ajout\u00e9s au plat principal. Avec ou sans les \u00e9pinards, cette tarka au cumin et \u00e0 la c\u00e9bette rend ce dahl exceptionnel et savoureux. C'est bon march\u00e9, facile et d\u00e9licieux. Le livre est un excellent recueil, plein d\u2019informations lorsque vous vous demandez : \u00ab Que puis-je faire avec ce l\u00e9gume-ci ? \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Remarques sur les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Pour cette recette, nous utilisons des <strong>lentilles corail<\/strong> car elles sont faciles \u00e0 trouver. Dans une \u00e9picerie indienne, elles pourraient porter le nom masoor dal. En Inde, les pois cass\u00e9s jaunes sont \u00e9galement populaires pour pr\u00e9parer cette soupe. Les l\u00e9gumineuses en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sont assez omnipr\u00e9sentes sur le sous-continent indien avec plus de 50 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s connues ! Hach\u00e9s, les \u00e9pinards se fondent directement dans votre dahl sans mixer. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez la texture des feuilles d\u2019\u00e9pinards enti\u00e8res, pas de probl\u00e8me. Cette recette fonctionnera tout aussi bien avec des \u00e9pinards branches surgel\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Dahl, dal ou dhal ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The spelling of this wonderful soup seems to be a matter of debate. In the western world, I see \u201cdahl\u201d most often, whereas in India the favored spelling seems to be \u201cdal.\u201d Then sometimes the h gets moved up! cailloux. Mettre 700 ml d'eau dans une casserole moyenne et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter les lentilles. Lorsque les lentilles commencent \u00e0 mousser, \u00e9cumer et jeter la mousse. Une fois qu\u2019elles ont cess\u00e9 de mousser, ajouter \u00bc cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curcuma moulu. Mijoter les lentilles pendant 20 minutes au total. Ajouter ensuite 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel et les 100 g d'\u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s, pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9congel\u00e9s. Ajouter une \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de cumin, les rondelles de c\u00e9bette et (si vous en utilisez) une \u00bc cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre de Cayenne.
