La feijoada authentique prend des heures \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. C'est fantastique, mais ici nous prenons quelques raccourcis pour r\u00e9duire son temps de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 30 minutes. Au lieu de commencer avec des haricots noirs secs, nous utilisons des haricots en conserve avec des saucisses fum\u00e9es et des lardons. Il peut m\u00eame inclure les parties moins utilis\u00e9es, comme les oreilles, le nez ou les pieds de porc. Les haricots noirs peuvent se trouver en France en rayon portugais dans beaucoup de supermarch\u00e9s. La feijoada est le plus souvent servie avec du riz, qui absorbe bien la sauce, et une tranche d'orange. La farofa (des grains de manioc po\u00eal\u00e9s dans du beurre ou de l'huile) est \u00e9galement populaire pour accompagner la feijoada si vous vous sentez plus aventureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">La version classique est si longue \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer car il faut tremper les haricots secs, dessaler le porc sal\u00e9, puis laisser mijoter un certain temps. Aujourd'hui, les Br\u00e9siliens servent ce plat le plus souvent le week-end, lorsqu'ils ont le temps de le pr\u00e9parer, pour une occasion conviviale. Cette recette que je vous partage ici, la feijoada rapide et facile, est la version qu\u2019on peut faire en semaine. Les haricots en conserve et les viandes \u00e0 cuisson rapide nous permettent un plat toujours savoureux mais en une fraction du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Feijoada est populaire partout dans le monde lusophone, dans des pays comme le Mozambique, l'Angola, le Timor oriental et le Macao. Avec chaque pays, voire r\u00e9gion, la feijoada conna\u00eet des incarnations diff\u00e9rentes. N\u00e9anmoins, la version br\u00e9silienne est la plus connue. Le point commun est les haricots : noirs, blancs ou rouges. Le nom feijoada lui-m\u00eame d\u00e9rive du mot pour haricot, feij\u00e3o. Outre le porc, d'autres variantes peuvent inclure du b\u0153uf ou des fruits de mer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Et comment prononcer ce d\u00e9licieux rago\u00fbt ? Feijoada se prononce <em>f\u00e9j-\u00f4-a-da<\/em>. Pourtant, quand un coll\u00e8gue br\u00e9silien me l\u2019a prononc\u00e9, je suis s\u00fbre que le dernier \u00ab a \u00bb avait disparu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">J\u2019esp\u00e8re que vous allez savourer cette feijoada rapide.
