Il est simplement du chou-fleur cru hach\u00e9 en robot jusque les morceaux aient la taille des grains de riz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Le riz de chou-fleur a ses d\u00e9buts aux USA, et avec la tendence \u00ab low-carb \u00bb (r\u00e9duit en glucides), il a gagn\u00e9 en popularit\u00e9. On peut m\u00eame trouver du riz de chou-fleur cru surgel\u00e9, mais ce n\u2019est pas encore tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandu en France. Heureusement, c\u2019est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 faire maison, et beaucoup moins cher. Il suffit de h\u00e2cher le chou-fleur au robot. Voici mes deux astuces pour r\u00e9ussir sa pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">D\u00e9couper le chou-fleur grossi\u00e8rement avant, en morceaux de 3 \u00e0 5 cm environ. Les morceaux doivent juste \u00eatre suffisamment petit pour ne pas bloquer le hachoir du robot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Quelques seconds au robot suffisent, 3 \u00e0 5 seconds en mode pulse pour moi. Vous voulez des petits morceaux (la taille des grains de riz), pas une pur\u00e9e !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Il y a plein de fa\u00e7ons de cuire le riz de chou-fleur. Dans cette recette, on fait \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans du beurre et de l\u2019ail. Cuire 10 minutes en remuant de temps en temps pour \u00e9viter de br\u00fbler et pour permettre au chou-fleur de cuire uniform\u00e9ment.
