La cuisson au four fera ressortir une saveur grill\u00e9e et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus sucr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Le <strong>citron<\/strong> et des <strong>fromage parmesan<\/strong> sont tr\u00e8s importants dans cette recette pour \u00e9quilibrer la saveur des courgettes. Le jus de citron apporte de l\u2019acidit\u00e9 et le zeste rehausse la saveur. Le parmesan \u00e9quilibre la note savoureuse. Le <strong>basilic<\/strong>, comme le zeste de citron, ajoute \u00e9galement une belle saveur fra\u00eeche. Si vous achetez de la saucisse \u00e0 l'italienne qui contient d\u00e9j\u00e0 des graines de fenouil, r\u00e9duisez la quantit\u00e9 de graines en cons\u00e9quence dans la recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Ensuite, vous pouvez griller les pignons de pin quelques minutes au four \u00e0 la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature que le reste. Normalement, une temp\u00e9rature l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieure serait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable pour les noix et les graines, mais ici, on fait efficace.
