L'ajout de gingembre donne \u00e0 ces barres une touche de fra\u00eecheur, et une touche de curcuma fait ressortir la couleur jaune. Si jaune qu'on dirait des lingots d'or ;). Vous utiliserez le zeste en plus. Avec le jus de citron en bouteille, vous risquez un go\u00fbt amer selon la marque. Aussi, privil\u00e9giez des citrons non-trait\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><em>Pas trop cuit :<\/em> Ici, on veut un dessert cr\u00e9meux, pas sec. Ces lingots citron-gingembre sont cuits quand le centre ne tremble plus qu'un peu quand vous secouez doucement le plat au four. Le centre ne doit devenir totalement ferme au four. Ils vont se raffermir en refroidissant, surtout au frigo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\"><em>Des miettes fines :<\/em> Assurez-vous de moudre vos biscuits en fines miettes. Le seul probl\u00e8me pour moi est que, habitant en France, il n\u2019y a pas de biscuits Graham. Si le cheesecake a une certaine popularit\u00e9 en France (et en Europe), les biscuits Graham ne semblent pas avoir travers\u00e9 l'Atlantique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Pas d'inqui\u00e9tude, il existe quelques alternatives si vous habitez en Europe. Pour une version britannique, les sabl\u00e9s anglais McVitie's sont l\u2019alternative la plus proche des biscuits Graham (et mon option pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e). Comme les biscuits Graham, ils utilisent une farine compl\u00e8te et sont relativement faibles en gras et sucre (par rapport \u00e0 un biscuit moyen). Une alternative plus fran\u00e7aise est le biscuit \u00ab petit beurre \u00bb. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un biscuit au beurre classique de Nantes avec seulement un peu plus de mati\u00e8res grasses que les biscuits Graham, mais avec de la farine blanche classique. C'est une question de go\u00fbts (et lois). Le \"cream cheese\" am\u00e9ricain (fromage frais \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me), un classique l\u00e0-bas, doit contenir au moins 33% de gras. Assez ferme, il est surtout utiliser dans d'autres recettes. En Europe par contre, on veut le tartiner facilement et le taux de gras baisse \u00e0 18-21% environ selon la marque. Si jamais vous lisez cet article hors Europe, vous pouvez le remplacer par du \"cream cheese\" am\u00e9ricain entier + du lait ou du yaourt nature. Les quantit\u00e9s sont indiqu\u00e9es dans la recette ci-dessous. Si vous utilisez du cream cheese am\u00e9ricain, assurez-vous simplement de bien ramollir le fromage et d'ajouter le lait petit \u00e0 petit, sinon vous aurez des grumeaux de fromage qui flottent dans
