On sert les pommes de terre avec du fromage blanc, des lardons fum\u00e9s et de la ciboulette fra\u00eeche. C'est bon, mais un peu plus lourd. Depuis que j'ai d\u00e9couvert la version fran\u00e7aise, c'est \u00e7a qu'on sert chez nous. Avec un bon fromage blanc de campagne, c'est un r\u00e9gal !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Si jamais vous habitez en dehors de la France o\u00f9 les lardons et le fromage blanc sont plus rares, il existe des substituts aussi d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Lardons<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">In France, lardons are as ubiquitous as bacon is in America. If you aren\u2019t familiar with lardons, they are pork belly cut into matchsticks. They\u2019re similar to thick-cut bacon, but a bit less fatty.\u00a0 Either thick-cut bacon or pork belly cut into matchsticks makes a perfectly good substitute here. Some specialty stores in the US might carry lardons. Une autre option que j'ai vue par le pass\u00e9 est d'utiliser de la faisselle. Les deux sont bien acides, et cela aide \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer le go\u00fbt des pommes de terre. Le boost de prot\u00e9ine est aussi un plus avec ces deux options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Que vous choisissez fromage blanc ou faisselle, au lait entier ou all\u00e9g\u00e9, le principal est de choisir un fromage frais que vous aimez. Mon fromage blanc pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pour ce plat est un fromage blanc \"de campagne\", ferme et au lait entier, de la marque Carrefour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Faisselle resembles a curdy (chunky) yogurt sitting in its whey. It\u2019s sold with the curds sitting in a plastic strainer within the cup. When you eat it, you can lift the strainer out and dump out the whey. Some more whey will keep coming out of the curds if you let it sit much longer. Faisselle has a very acidic flavor, and is often lower in fat than fromage blanc. S'il y a un choix, privil\u00e9giez une version cr\u00e9meuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Yaourt \u00e0 la grecque : Les aromes sont moins complexes et moins fromager, mais toujours une bonne option bien fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche l\u00e9g\u00e8re + yaourt \u00e0 la grecque 0% MG : Un m\u00e9lange 50-50 s'approche plus en go\u00fbt \u00e0 un fromage blanc versus le yaourt nature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Fromage cottage : C'est une autre option prot\u00e9in\u00e9e, plus am\u00e9ricaine, et qui ressemble \u00e0 la faisselle. En fromage cottage, les grains de caill\u00e9 sont plus fermes et ils sont enrob\u00e9s dans une \"cr\u00e8me\" ferment\u00e9e (c'est quand m\u00eame pas tr\u00e8s gras \u00e0 4% de gras).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Les patates<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Evidemment, on peut manger des pommes de terre quasiment partout dans le monde. En France, elles sont parmi les f\u00e9culents pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, avec un choix de pr\u00e9parations \u00e9norme au rayon surgel\u00e9 du supermarch\u00e9. Dans ce plat, les pommes de terre sont cuites simplement \u00e0 la vapeur, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e9pluch\u00e9es. Simple, mais bon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Quelle patate et comment ?<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Pour r\u00e9ussir les pommes de terre dans ce plat, privil\u00e9giez une pomme de terre \u00e0 chair ferme qui convient \u00e0 une cuisson vapeur. Des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s telles que Charlotte, Monalisa ou Amandine vont tr\u00e8s bien. Vous pouvez tr\u00e8s bien les cuire classiquement dans une casserole ou bien dans une cocotte-minute ou un autocuiseur. Il faut juste adapter le temps de cuisson selon l'appareil et la taille des pommes de terre. Si vous coupez les pommes de terre en gros morceaux, \u00e7a ira encore plus vite qu'en entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Pommes de terre campagnard, fa\u00e7on Alsace<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">In Alsace, there is also a potato dish very similar to the French potato dinner I\u2019m sharing here, called bibeleskaes, but the fromage blanc is mixed with a bit of cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, salt, & pepper. The toppings for bibeleskase also include raw garlic & shallots along with the chives. You can serve this with smoked ham, pork belly, ham hocks, or other cuts of cured pork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Vous aimeriez peut-\u00eatre
