Vous pouvez r\u00f4tir n\u2019importe quel l\u00e9gume racine d\u2019hiver \u00e0 cette mani\u00e8re. Vous obtenez ainsi des pointes croustillantes et une saveur qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre au c\u0153ur de vos l\u00e9gumes. La cuisson de l\u00e9gumes entiers prend un certain temps au four, alors assurez-vous de pr\u00e9voir une heure et demie pour pr\u00e9parer ce plat du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Comment couper facilement les carottes fa\u00e7on hasselback<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">L\u2019astuce pour obtenir toutes ces tranches sans couper votre carotte en deux morceaux (ou plus !) est de placer une baguette en bois sur un ou les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la carotte. De cette fa\u00e7on, lorsque vous coupez, la baguette emp\u00eache le couteau de couper compl\u00e8tement. Choisissez des baguettes auxquelles vous n'\u00eates pas trop attach\u00e9, car vous y ferez de petites marques de couteau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Les carottes et les panais fa\u00e7on hasselback sont les plus d\u00e9licats \u00e0 couper car ces l\u00e9gumes sont plut\u00f4t cassants lorsqu'ils sont crus. Pour ma part, je me suis retrouv\u00e9e avec quelques-uns en deux morceaux lorsque je les ai coup\u00e9s avec une seule baguette. Mais ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas, il suffit de rapprocher les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s dans le plat et ils cuisent aussi bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Qu'est-ce que le gochujang ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Tr\u00e8s populaire dans la cuisine cor\u00e9enne, le gochujang est une p\u00e2te de piment rouge ferment\u00e9e. En plus des piments, la p\u00e2te comprend \u00e9galement du riz gluant et de la poudre de soja ferment\u00e9e. Selon la recette du fabricant, le gochujang peut \u00eatre doux \u00e0 tr\u00e8s \u00e9pic\u00e9. Le piquant est plut\u00f4t lent, et on dit qu'il amplifie les saveurs du plat. Mis \u00e0 part le piquant, cette p\u00e2te de piment a une saveur complexe, sal\u00e9e et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9e, qui ajoute un v\u00e9ritable coup de peps \u00e0 ce plat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\" class=\"translation-block\">Traditionnellement, le gochujang est un ingr\u00e9dient cl\u00e9 dans des plats cor\u00e9ens tels que le barbecue cor\u00e9en ou le bibimbap. Aujourd'hui, avec la popularit\u00e9 croissante de la cuisine cor\u00e9enne, le gochujang s'exporte dans le monde entier.
