Les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s populaires aux Etats-Unis, celles que j'ai toujours connues avant d'arriver en France, ont des tiges beaucoup plus fines, et de couleur vari\u00e9e. Le go\u00fbt est assez similaire entre les deux. Bien s\u00fbr, utilisez les tiges, mais n'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 ajouter des feuilles en fin de cuisson si vous le souhaitez. Les tiges de blettes surgel\u00e9es conviennent aussi, elles sont juste un peu plus molles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Curry powder: Use a flavorful curry powder if you want a flavorful meal. I have tried both Balti and Vadouvan curry powder with good results. Vadouvan curry powder a nice mix of savory from garlic & onion, a little sweet, and a little bittersweet from fenugreek. The slight sweetness makes it a good match for the veggies. If you have a couple curry powders in the cupboard, give them a sniff and see what you think matches best.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">L'aubergine\u00a0: Je sale l'aubergine avant la cuisson, mais ce n'est pas toujours n\u00e9cessaire si elle est tr\u00e8s fra\u00eeche. Si vous salez les tranches d'aubergine en premier, elles seront pr\u00eates au moment de les mettre dans la casserole.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Pur\u00e9e d'oignon\u00a0: Les oignons, le gingembre et l'ail sont r\u00e9duits en pur\u00e9e dans un petit robot culinaire avant cuisson.
