Visuellement, c'est beau. Si vous utilisez des blettes rouges, les petits morceaux de c\u00f4tes ressemblent \u00e0 des joyaux rouges parsem\u00e9s dans le plat. Les blettes apportent une petite note sucr\u00e9e, rehauss\u00e9e par du citron confit, de la coriandre et des pignons de pin. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re commencer par fendre plusieurs c\u00f4tes dans le sens de la longueur, les aligner, puis les couper toutes en d\u00e9s en une seule fois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Lorsque vous ajoutez le riz dans la casserole, veillez \u00e0 le laisser dorer avant d'ajouter le bouillon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Choisissez un bouillon de l\u00e9gumes de bonne qualit\u00e9, m\u00eame si vous le reconstituez \u00e0 partir d'un cube de bouillon. Malgr\u00e9 tous les autres aromates de ce plat, un go\u00fbt d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able dans le bouillon peut se faire sentir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Pas de citrons confits ? Vous pouvez remplacer par du zeste de citron jaune, mais ce sera un peu moins acidul\u00e9 et umami.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:18px\">Vous pouvez remplacer les pignons de pin par des amandes hach\u00e9es, si vous le souhaitez.
